Free Intro Class
In this free session you will actually experience a CrossFit class for yourself, have the opportunity to ask questions about the programme and learn some fundamental movement skills.
The purpose of this class is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. The CrossFit Kyoto FUNDAMENTALS classes give you a solid base & the jargon for joining our REGULAR classes and CrossFit in general with its growing community of CrossFit fans all around the world.
All our classes are kept small and personal (max. 8): On average you’ll be working out with about 3-4 other people and at least one coach. It’s almost like having a personal trainer. Results are obvious and to prove them we do a baseline test every month for you to compare and celebrate your progress.
You are welcome to join the FUNDAMENTALS 8-12 times per month. The more classes you can take part in, the faster you will improve and be able to join the regular class schedule Monday through Saturday mornings or evenings.
FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES are available 3 times every week:
Each of our classes consists of a warm-up, skill and strength development work and culminates in the Workout of the Day (WOD). The WOD is a variety of movements that involve weight-lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Please do not feel intimidated if you’re looking at the WOD posted on the CrossFit Main Site. At present, none of our athletes are able to complete those workouts as written! Everything can be modified by scaling load and intensity, all ability levels are encouraged and welcome.
CrossFit Kyoto rates are determined by the number of classes you participate in each week. We do not require a down payment, nor do we require a long term commitment though we do offer discounts if you pay 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.
