My PMS has improved!
Mid 30ies, CrossFit 2/week
It's been only 2 months since I started doing CrossFit at CF Kyoto and I can already feel how my condition has changed a lot, both physically and mentally.
One of the biggest changes is that my PMS has improved! It used to be so bad that I couldn't even stand, but this month I didn't even notice it. Just amazing!
Workouts here are neither too hard nor too easy: Russell, Tatsuro and Ela are such nice trainers. They coach each of us individually according to our level. Whenever I come here, I sweat, get sore, and feel refreshed. I also enjoy my interactions with all my buddies. I'm so happy to be a member of CrossFit Kyoto
