I must be honest: I think that without my family at CrossFit Kyoto I won't be able to stay healthy.
To me CrossFit is the best way to get rid of my worries and clean my mind after a stressful day at the office.
The workouts may make my body tired, but they recharge my spirit and after a good night of sleep I am ready to start again!
