Crossfit is a great supplement for athletes and people into sports as a hobby

Another characteristic of Crossfit is that athletes and non-athletes alike can participate in the same class. Crossfit Kyoto’s head coach Russell is an athlete who once aimed for the Olympics in boating sports. This is because coaches adjust intensity for each person in the class. A novice may work out at level 1 while an athlete works out at level 10, but everyone is working up a sweat together.
