3 rounds,
3 back squat @125kg
45 sec rest

10 back squat @115kg
3 min rest

 

 

Naturally as a beginner you will start with Air Squats or with a bamboo pole instead of the barbell @ Crossfit Kyoto 🙂

 

 

 

At CrossFit Kyoto, we offer "Wakaba" classes.

Ideal for people who don't feel confident about exercise,

are recovering from an injury, or for those who are 60+.
