Welcome to URUU Year traing today, only one chance in 4 years ️
All movements are jumping based,
20 Kettlebell swings + 9 box jumps = 29!
And we surprised everyone with a leap round = an extra round AFTER they thought they would done, lol —— omg taihen!!
At CrossFit Kyoto, we offer "Wakaba" classes.
Ideal for people who don't feel confident about exercise,
are recovering from an injury, or for those who are 60+.
