A great sense of achievement in just 1 hour

I always feel a great sense of achievement in just one hour!
If I had more time on my hands, I would like to play tennis, go for a run or work out in the gym for 2 hours a day, but I go to CrossFit Kyoto because I think it is the best training I can do in the little time I have available.
From the first time I started attending, the coaches and other members of the club have always followed up with me and explained to me what to do so that I don't feel embarrassed if I don't understand something.
Even if I'm not at the highest level, the coach encourages me by saying: "One more time!" or "Only a few more minutes!" 😃
I started the program to lose weight, and although my weight hasn't changed, my body shape has definitely changed. I also feel that my body is becoming more usable for everyday activities such as shopping and carrying my children.
