Warm up
0-15 min
Class begins with introductions of visitors or new people and a general warm-up. The warm-up includes yoga-like movements, stretching and core training. The warm-up changes every day and is in preparation for the Skill and WOD section of each class.
The Skill /
Strength Session
16-35 min
For working on a particular movement or building basic strength capacity. The focus is different each day so we train different parts of the body every time.
The WOD
36-55 min
The length of the WOD can vary from 5 to 25 mins. According to each member's experience, strength and level of fitness we work at more of less high intensity.
The WOD is performed in a group with members inspiring each other to do better.
What the coach is looking at is “did you do better than yesterday?” especially in terms of movement quality.

Stretching, self-massage and appreciation of today’s effort are important for effective recovery and continued progress.
