Russell is a great coach and he modifies the workouts for me. He knows how to push me to my limits without me getting injured.
 
2 months in, my cold hands and feet were gone. I used to use one "12 hour heating pad” every day, but I don't need them any more. 
 
3 months in, my backache after long flights was gone. I can save money because I don't need to go for a massage every time after I come back from my business trips. 
 
1 year and a couple of months later, my UNIQLO pant size went down from M to S.
